Passionate about free software, I have contributed to an array of projects over the years. I am convinced that Agile is not only beneficial, but it is the key to successful projects. As a leader, I have integrated this methodology into multiple large scale projects in retail, telecommunications, insurance, banking and other industries.
After successful projects in Paris, Warsaw and Hong Kong, I moved to Bangkok where I launched multiple new client accounts and I acted as the engagement manager for many of them. On top of that, I also created the DevOps department in PALO IT Thailand.
As my adventure in Asia is now fulfilled, I am looking for an opportunity in Poland to lead international teams and projects.

Lead development of a Gamification Engine and a Messaging platform for a loyalty program supporting 16 companies and several partners (50 millions customers, 3 billion messages per year).

Revamp purchase funnel of digital products for a major Thai Telecom
Led a full stack team focus on new purchases flow and customer experience. Coached internal teams to QA best practices and introduced a new way of work to reduce lead time from 1 month to 2 weeks. Introduced Infrastructure as code with Terraform for a new Purchase platform infrastructure to solve scalability issue.

Led the API Factory, designed and implemented a full microservice architecture with Docker and K8S, Connected to RabbitMQ and exposed by Kong Gateway. This project was the first full digital and real time telecom operator in Poland.
